I just want to take a moment to recognize the young man who took my order at Dunkin’ this morning( order# 5841 @8am). He was extremely polite, respectful, and seemed like a genuinely good young man. I’m assuming he is new, and while taking my order, he made an honest mistake and rang me up for a medium instead of a large. No big deal at all mistakes happen. What bothered me was how the correction was handled by, what I’m assuming, was the manager. She reprimanded him in front of customers in a way that I found to be extremely degrading and unnecessary. I strongly believe that if an employee makes a mistake, especially an honest one, you can correct them without making them feel “less than” or incapable of doing their job. The appropriate thing would have been to quietly pull him aside and address the issue privately. Instead, he was embarrassed in front of customers and peers. I understand that every manager has their own personality and management style, but as someone who was previously a successful restaurant manager overseeing multiple locations in NYC, I can honestly say that this was poor management behavior. So, pretty much a lot of us know about DD... good cup of coffee and a donut or 2. After running errands all day, I stopped in to grab an ice drink, and I opted for one of their new drinks from the King Kyle collection, I had the coconut sun cloud , and it was delicious. It was refreshing for sure, and if you love coconut as much as I do, this hits the spot. The staff was not rude to customers at all, however the manager had no issues yelling at the other employees while customers were in the dining area waiting. I mean, she could have waited till the customers were all gone, to speak with the employee about the issues, but instead she decided to yell and take smack to him while we were there waiting for your drinks. We got our order and left, she wished us happy day, and went back to yelling at him. It was so strange.

I come to dunkin every day. I come to this dunkin every single morning because of one person. Hugh. The kid is a star. Customer service perfection. Handles everything with ease and is 100 percent always pleasant. He should be management. Keep up the great work and know that you alone are the reason I purchase here. Thank you hugh

Excellent customer service. The lady at the drive-thru in the morning is the best! She is nice, funny, and is great with customers. We need more people like her in the service industry.

📍 Dunkin – Coral Springs ⭐ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ This is one of those Dunkin locations that makes your stop quick and easy. It’s not too busy, parking is simple, and the service is usually smooth. The coffee was fresh, and the donuts were soft and tasty. It may not be a fancy location, but it gets the job done without stress. Overall, a reliable spot when you just want something quick and fresh.
